[Building Sakai] [DATA LOSS] 2.9 DAV MOVE zeroes out files?!

I'll be adding reproduction instructions to that JIRA. FWIW, the
database lists a new filename after the MOVE operation. The new file
is zero bytes. The old file is deleted.
