[Building Sakai] macro expansion in web links in resources

Hi all,

Just a note that I've added macro expansion capabilities to web links created in Resources into trunk - similar to how the web content tool works with its macro expansion.

It works out of the box with a default set of macros, check the Jira for the list. No config required.

This also means that Lessons (and any other tool that allows browsing from links from Resources and embedding them) can have personalised links embedded into pieces of content.
