[Building Sakai] Check server started

Hi all,

anyone know how to check if sakai server is completely started and all 
its components loaded from a scheduled job? Our problem comes because we 
have a job that uses samigo logic, and when we start the server, 
sometimes (and the word is sometimes) that job starts working before 
samigo is loaded...
