[Building Sakai] Removing "Form Item" from Resources options

I think it's done here:
metaobj/metaobj-impl/api-impl/src/java/org/sakaiproject/metaobj/registry/Fo
rmResourceType.java
In the init() method.


So, would be fairly easy to wrap it up in a property to enable/disable the
registering of the type.

Feel free to create a Jira.
