[Building Sakai] Etherpad & Sakai

I communicated with Steven before starting the project.  There wasn't a 
lot of overlap.  The intermediate code I wrote allows EtherPad to create 
pads that are closely associated with a particular course in Sakai and 
restricts access to those course members.  A generic LTI integration 
wouldn't support that.  The app provides access to the admin functions 
in EP-Lite via LTI as well.
