[Building Sakai] Rename a tool in a page

Hello,

How can I change the name of a tool in a page from the default name in the tool.xml for a specific site?

I have tried through Sites > Pages > Tools > Click on Tool ID:
There under the Tool Configuration I have an input with the tools Title. Though when I save it doesn't update the Title regardless of what I write there.

Verified this on a 2.9.x(http://nightly29x.sakaiqa.org<http://nightly29x.sakaiqa.org/>)<http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org:8087/portal>, but I have the same problem in 2.8.1.

Maybe I am not doing this right, is there another way of changing the tools Title?
