[Building Sakai] Request for review of CSS fix for i18n issue

Hi,

My colleague, Jean Puibaraud has provided a fix in the comments for 
https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-23089.

I'm afraid CSS is not my major.

This change has been approved by Alexandre Ballesté.

Could anyone else review his proposal before it's committed?
