[Building Sakai] Anonymous submissions to Assignments

Wow - this is something that is oft-requested here. It would be great to get it permanently added to the tool.

I recently did this for our instance of 2.9. I have updated https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-17606 with a patch and screenshots. I hope it helps.

The anonymity  functionality as offered by Samigo is what we need, whereby the student name/number is not exposed to the marker at time of marking, and mapping of mark to student number  is exposed only in Gradebook.

Has anyone looked at this in either Assignments of Assignments2?
