[Building Sakai] sdata with Kernel v. 1.3.1

I'm trying to build the old sdata source against the latest kernel
(1.3.1) for us to use in our Sakai 2.9.1 installation, as we still use
it with one of our custom tools. It seems that it's failing because the
JCR code is not included in the kernel (as of 1.3.0 rc1).
Has this code been moved somewhere else that I should point sdata to
compile against, or do I continue to add it back in to our custom kernel
build?
Thanks!
