[Building Sakai] sakai postfix configuration

We are trying to get our own mail server (local postfix) up and running on
our Sakai 2.7.0.
Everything looks OK, (sending emails to newly added users, reset password,
email archive, announcement....)except assignments and messages.

We follow the instructions :

when we add an assignment, it is saved into Sakai and site members are able
to see it, but members don't receive notification email, even if we select
this option.


Messages tool has the same problem. it is also saved and viewed, but not
delivered the message.

Both maillog and tomcat log are silent...



We are wondering why our postfix is unable to delivery emails from
assignments and messages tool.


Any idea what's wrong?
