[Building Sakai] Sakai google docs Integration (OAuth Provider for Google Docs is not enabled)

Hi,
     I am trying to the use the guide below to configure/install google 
docs integration with Sakai 2.9.x .

Compilation went successful after a few changes in the pom files.
When I try to link a google document I get the following error message 
in the  "Resource Tool"


      Google Documents OAuth Configuration Error

The configuration for connecting to the Google Documents service is in 
error. Please contact your adminitrator.

OAuth Provider for Google Docs is not enabled
Here are the properties set in the sakai.properties file
google-content.loadOAuthProvider=true
google-content.enabled=true

  According the guide linked below I am supposed to see a link to 
configure OAuth for google but I don't no see in my setup.

Any thought where I may have erred?
