[Building Sakai] mvn clean Install issue on ubuntu OS

Hi, 
I am phasing the issue when I am doing mvn clean install from master, on ubuntu os, I tried on 10.04 and 12.04.But I am facing same issue on both place, For kind of information , i successfully did installation on windows 8 and it working fine.Below is the error which I am getting ..
