[Building Sakai] Bug in 2.9.1 Forums

Hi
We discovered a moderately serious bug in the 2.9.1 Forums tool. I logged
it under (MSGCNTR-792 <https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/MSGCNTR-792>).

If a user is typing a Forum response and they decide to click the 'View
Full Description' link for the topic, the page refreshes and they lose
everything they typed. This seems like a relatively common use case since a
user could naturally begin a response and then want to double-check
something from the Full Description - then poof! - They lose everything.

It may be a little while until I get a chance to work on this one, but I
think it's a fairly big deal.
