[Building Sakai] Sakai 2.9.1 and tomcat 7

this is my mvn version:

Apache Maven 3.0.4 (r1232337; 2012-01-17 03:44:56-0500)
Maven home: /cube/apps/sakai_2-9/maven
Java version: 1.6.0_21, vendor: Sun Microsystems Inc.
Java home: /cube/apps/jdk1.6.0_21/jre
Default locale: en_US, platform encoding: UTF-8
OS name: "linux", version: "2.6.18-194.11.4.el5", arch: "amd64", family: "unix"

and I installed tomcat 7.0.37.

I don't think this has anything to do with the mvn version. I tried to open
those repositories in my browser and copy the download link but it's not opening
up (for example
http://source.sakaiproject.org/maven2/org/sakaiproject/message/sakai-message-assembly/)
Do you know of any other repository that I can download the specified version of
dependencies?
