[Building Sakai] Sakai 2.9.1 and tomcat 7

Hi Fatemeh,

To boot the Sakai version 2.9.1, you should use the version of Tomcat 7.
That may cause your error.

I let the installation link Sakai 2.9:

And to download the version of Tomcat 7:

*http://archive.apache.org/dist/tomcat/*

where you can find different versions of Tomcat, so far.
