Both Tomcat and Apache are silent.
I tried to add log4j for further debug, but I only found the below
excpetions might be related.

log4j.logger.com.rsmart.content.google.api.GoogleOAuthConfigurationExcpetion=DEBUG,G
log4j.logger.com.rsmart.content.google.api.GoogleOAuthTokenNotFoundException=DEBUG,G

Any idea or suggestion you can give me for further investigation?

Yes. I followed the the set up instructions with the pdf file: rSmart CLE
Google Docs Integration Configuration Guide from
https://source.sakaiproject.org/contrib/rsmart/google-content/trunk/GoogleDocsIntegrationConfiguration.pdf

and below is my properties file
google-content.enabled=true

########################################################################################################
####The following properties are optional

    # load the Google Docs OAuth provider from the google-content-pack
component (default: false)
#    google-content.loadOAuthProvider=true

    # set the default types to use for Googles document types (* = default
value)
    # available types: doc, txt, odt, *pdf, png, rtf, html, zip
#    google-content.defaultMime.document=pdf
    # available types: *xls, ods, pdf, csv, tsc, html
#    google-content.defaultMime.spreadsheet=xls
    # available types: *pdf, png, ppt, swf, txt
#    google-content.defaultMime.presentation=pdf

I am think delete all directories and try to install them again...

Any better idea?
