/How can I install CKeditor in Melete?/

I've added the line, but it don´t load nothing:

*melete.wysiwyg.editor=ckeditor*

I think that I should install CKeditor in the root of Melete or Sakai, this
it´s my doubt.

/Where should I install the files download of CKEditor?/
