[Building Sakai] Sakai and Google Docs integration

After Google Docs integration and configuration have been successfully
completed, we have the following error when we click
"Link to Google Document" from resources tool.

An unexpected exception occurred while communicating with Google Docs. This
operation cannot be completed.

Please advise me where I should start to debug. Thank you in advance.
