[Building Sakai] changing default database in 2.8.2

Hi Ese!

As Steve says, you may have the wrong shutdown Tomcat or another application
is in 8080.

I recommend, if you want to change the port 8080, *reboot the computer* and
turn it off completely all applications using that port. And then reload
Tomcat.

Are common mistakes, don't worry!
