[Building Sakai] Best wat for a Mac Guy to get Oracle Test Instance to Test LTI 2.1

I have just downloaded the VirtualBox OVA form Oracle, Imported it, and
everything seems to be working fine.

I did not have any issues with setting up Host Only Networking. I just
had to go into the VirtualBox Preferences and create a Host Only
Network, then change the networking adapter on the virtual machine to
Host Only and my network interface.

Then after I logged into the Oracle OVA a terminal came up showing me my
ip address for that machine. That ip address is what I could use from
my host machine to ssh into the new one.

You could also use bridged mode support for all of this. I have also
found that VirtualBox has really improved over the years and there
networking support is great.

Next off to see if I can setup Sakai on the Host and have it connect to
the virtual machine.
