[Building Sakai] Best wat for a Mac Guy to get Oracle Test Instance to Test LTI 2.1

It appears that Oracle already has a VirtualBox Oracle 11G developers 
environment created for developers to use.

http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/community/developer-vm/index.html

You might need to do some networking tweaking so that you can connect to 
the vm on your local network.
