[Building Sakai] Knowledge Base tool replacement for Online Help?

I'll be a good tool support, replacing the existing because no improvement.

>From what I can see is a very good tool that */organizes/ your content*,
*allowing /interaction/ from the user* to indicate whether the information
the tool provides assistance has been helpful.

Also shows the incidences occurred that can be used to detect errors.

Has anyone tried the tool?
