[Building Sakai] Error browsing Sakai 2.9.1

I had the same problem loading Sakai 2.9.1 with Tomcat. This error is because
you have loaded Sakai appearing errors and not shutdown the Tomcat.

*/java.net.BindException: Address already in use <null>:8080/*

To restart the computer and reload Sakai, I solved.
