[Building Sakai] kaltura icon in ckeditor

I would use the tag from here:

https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn//msub/unicon.net/kaltura/tags/20120701-2.9

as it has many updates from the previous version, including a path fix for the image and other bug fixes. If you're using 2.8, run the sakai-2.8.x-patch.txt patch file.
