[Building Sakai] [Solved] Problem installing bbb-tool 1.7.0+ with sakai 2.9.0

Hello,

I managed to get it up and running. I've a done a clean install for the below
dependencies.

Here are my specs:

Server: CentOS 6.3 (32bit), minimal
install, further tools are installed with yum.
Tomcat: 7.0.32
Sakai: 2.9.0 (source code
via svn checkout)
Maven: 3.0.4
Java: 1.6.0_37

BBB: 08 (latest VMware
image)

bbb-tool: 1.7.0-rc5

Attached are some screenshots of what I'm getting
as a result of this install.
 
I am working on a detailed step-by-step guide for
installing a Fully functional Sakai 2.9.0, BBB (With Matterhorn for recording capabilities) and
bbb-tool.
