[Building Sakai] Samigo feature query

Good day.

Is the following scenario a feature?
Can an assessment ( of type test ) be configure to automatically assign
points to a student for a file upload. The benefit would be that the
instructor/TA would not need to manually assign the points in the grade
book?

Env : Sakai-2.8.2-tag , MySQL, Centos 6.
