Hi Santosh,

You question is not very clear, at least from my site. Can you explain in a
bit more detail? I know that if you have the New Account tab to the left,
you can disable this, then only admin can create users.

Is this what you mean? If so then I can help you with direction on how to
disable this tool on the right for the login portal.
