[Building Sakai] Samigo change to gradebook registration

Hi All.

Just a heads up that I have committed a fix to Samigo that changes the way it registers assesments with the gradebook.

Previously they where registered just with the assesments numeric id, they are now properly namespaced in the fomat: /samigo/[id]
A db conversion script is included in the 2.10 conversions and the Jira.
