[Building Sakai] Does anyone have The Knowledge Base Tool running in 2.9?

Hi all,

We are currently trying to get Edia's The Knowledge Base Tool to build in
2.9, but the build fails saying these two artifacts are missing:

nl.edia:edia-sakai-utils:jar:1.3.0
net.sf.sojo:sojo-optional:jar:0.5.0

We've downloaded the 2.9.x branch of the tool and are installing it against
2.9.2. We've also changed "2.9.0" to "2.9.2" in the poms. Does anyone have
steps to get this tool to work in 2.9?
