[Building Sakai] [WG: Sakai QA] Template feature added to CLE 2.9.3?

The method of creating sites from templates has changed over the years but yes, was added a while back. 

For the casual observer, the way to specify a site as a template is to set a property on the site called 'template' with value 'true'. That then activates the extra options.
