[Building Sakai] Template feature added to CLE 2.9.3?

Hi all,

I notice that in Sakai CLE 2.9.3-RC02  (http://qa29.longsight.com) there is a feature to "Create site from template" in Worksite setup. I'm not seeing this feature on CLE 2.9.2 and I don't see anything in the CLE 2.9.3 Done filter that indicates this feature being added - https://jira.sakaiproject.org/issues/?filter=13732

Does anybody know what this is about?
