[Building Sakai] News Tool

Hi All,

Where can I find the source code for the News Tool?

I have been looking at https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/ but haven't yet
found anything. I want to see the source code, when translating news
feeds, if the xml urls are changed from https to http.
