[Building Sakai] Dashboard tool

Hi, Omer:

The latest and greatest tag is 1.0.2_RC05, the same tag we are running load
test against this month.

Meanwhile, we are addressing other functional issues and any possible
problems from the load test. \

What is your timeline? I hope we can cut a new tag towards the end of this
month, load-tested.
