[Building Sakai] sakai title tab size

Hello all,

I knew Sakai title size has been customized by sakai
properties-site.title.maxlength=25, but the length of course title may have
more than the specified maxlength. I am wondering whether there is any size
limitation for the Sakai title in tab. I saw cutting the end of the title
in tabs.
