[Building Sakai] Local build of API Docs

Hi,

I did a checkout of the kernel:
svn co https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/kernel/tags/kernel-1.2.1/sakai-kernel-1.2.1

I then proceeded to issue this command:
mvn javadoc:javadoc

and I'm getting this error:
