[Building Sakai] Elastic Search (SRCH-111)

Just to avoid confusion, the project "Sakai-Solr" uses the current
version of the Search API.
It's an other project "Sakai-Seach2" that provides a new API and two
implementations:
one, backward compatible, sending calls to an implementation of the
current Search API
the second is an implementation using solr (but has nothing to do with
"Sakai-Solr")
