[Building Sakai] Chrome having trouble exporting QTI files

When attempting to export QTI files in Chrome the pop-up you get shows you the successful XML code, but when you right click and hit save as, it just shows up as HTML code in the generated file. I am running the most recent version of samigo. 





This seems like the same exact error in https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAM-908 except this is happening for Chrome for us now.
