[Building Sakai] Subversion tab in some projects at JIRA

Hi everybody.

There are several projects at JIRA (i.e: Evaluation System, Profile2 and 
Roster2) which don't incorporate the Subversion tab.

I make a strong use of this tab when looking for patches and applying 
revisions. How do you track the revisions for different Sakai versions 
without this tool?
