[Building Sakai] Samigo settings on published assessment

Hi,
We had an instructor create an assessment and choose a template that doesn't allow the instructor to edit the anonymous grading option via the settings page.  The assessment has been published and the students have already submitted to this assessment, but the student names are not being.  We changed the following options in the database, however they don't seem to have made any changes on the assessment:

in sam_publishedevaluation_t we changed "anonymousgrading" from 1 to 2
in sam_publishedmetadata_t we changed "testeeIdentity_isInstructorEditable" to true

We also changed "toGradebook_isInstructorEditable" to true and this option is also not showing up when we view the Settings page on Sakai for this published assessment.

Is there some option that we are overlooking?  The assessment is still showing the numbers instead of the student names on the grading pages and the anonymous grading option is not showing up under the Setting page on Sakai.
