Great idea Mark. It would be fun to watch the presenters pitch their ideas, if you can record them.

Cheers,
Steve

Hi all,

At the Euro Sakai conference in Paris (Jan 28-30) I will be moderating a session called Sakaigers' Den.

This 1 hour session is modelled after the popular Britisch TV show "Dragons' Den" in which entrepreneurs pitch their business idea in order to secure investment finance from a panel of venture capitalists.

The main purpose of this session is to share a large number of (tool) ideas for the next version of Sakai through a series of short presentations with a broad audience. This could stimulate parties interested in similar projects to collaborate and work together to implement their ideas.

Want to pitch?

Are you planning to develop a new tool or are you currently developing one? Do you seek support from the community or just like to share your idea? Come and try to get the audience enthusiastic with a lightning 2 to 3 minute pitch.

If you would like to present please add your name to the confluence page (address below) or mail me directly.

More info

For more details on the session format see: https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/x/HwrnB

Hope to see you in Paris!

- Mark
