[Building Sakai] Login Event for webservices

Hi,

While doing some search in code for events, I've found the following.

webservices/axis/src/webapp/SakaiScriptNet.jws and 
webservices/axis/src/webapp/SakaiScript.jws are creating "user.login" 
events instead of "user.login.ws" ones. 
webservices/axis/archived/SakaiPortalLogin.jws and 
webservices/axis/archived/EndPointLite.jws are also doing it, but they 
are archived.

Is there a reason for it or is it a bug?
