The Site Archive code has not seen a lot of active development over the last few years, though I do notice that Lesson Builder is included (yea!). I believe a complete list of archive-able modules is in this file: https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn//common/trunk/archive-impl/pack/src/webapp/WEB-INF/components.xml

				<value>AnnouncementService</value>
				<value>AssignmentService</value>
				<value>ContentHostingService</value>
				<value>CalendarService</value>
				<value>ChatEntityProducer</value>
				<value>DiscussionService</value>
				<value>MailArchiveService</value>
				<value>SyllabusService</value>
				<value>RWikiObjectService</value>
				<value>DiscussionForumService</value>
				<value>WebService</value>
				<value>LessonBuilderEntityProducer</value>

I would like to recommend them to backup their sites, if their sites have important files. It seems to me duplicate site looks simple for our users to copy of their site, but I would like to know better before I jump into the conclusion.
