[Building Sakai] Cheating in Sakai - Merge accounts

I'd probably do it similar to how the "become user" tool switches a user.
Have some type of user aliases list for users either as a user property or
as a new column in SAKAI_USER. When the user logs in as a user tha has an
alias defined, check against the password of the alias and have it switch
over the session to the user aliased.

Trying to break the EID uniquness on SAKAI_USER_ID_MAP seems like it would
cause too many issues.
