[Building Sakai] Problem installing bbb-tool 1.7.0+ with sakai 2.9.0

Wow your JVM exploded. Thats not normal at all (build and startup errors
are more normal)

Dont change the parent pom. It should still work fine.

Whats in that error log:
 /opt/tomcat/hs_err_pid1969.log
