[Building Sakai] Possible error in Sakai 2.9.1?

I installed a new version(2.9.1), without retaining any of the 2.7.1 version.

What are scripts that you say?

I think if you install a new version, you don't run any scripts to adapt and
not use any of the previous version.

Although already, I doubt.
