[Building Sakai] Possible error in Sakai 2.9.1?

Hi all, I upgraded to version 2.9.1 and I installed the tool Test & Quizzes
(SAMigo), because I want to make some modifications to the tool.

The error arises when I change, for example, the file shortAnswer.jsp, but
when loading Sakai tool and then said "type of exercise" (short answer), the
following error warning me that I detail in the image.

I think if this kind of  files .jsp are modified shouldn't give this type of
failure, so I guess that will be the platform. 

If the error was the version of Sakai 2.9.1, What I recommend for most
stable version?
