Hi,
serverWideStatsEnabled at org.sakaiproject.sitestats.api.StatsManager=true
The sst_userstats is the name of the table that has the data. It has data like this:
LOGIN_DATE USER_ID LOGIN_COUNT
2013-01-20 admin 1
2013-01-30 steve 1
2013-01-31 mary 3
2013-02-14 jane 2
Which you could use to find the latest date they logged in.
