[Building Sakai] Question about Assignment options

Hello,

Does anybody know what exactly makes the following options? You can find it
in Assignment --> Options

(1) Default (show all user submissions)
(2) Only show user submissions according to Group Filter and Search result

I am testing both options but I cannot see different behavior in the user
submissions.
