[Building Sakai] Is old reskinning of CLE compatible with 2.9 releases ?

Hi,

Sure, those properties are fine.1-3 will add an icon to the site. 4 will
give it a "flying pig" icon and switch the site skin to examp-u --which the
neoportal knows to prepend "neo-" [1]  so that the correct 2.9 skin
(neo-examp-u) is fetched.

We might consider changing those default properties to showcase the
different skins (and remove the pig since it has taken off already!).
