[Building Sakai] TII and Assignment

Hi Zhen and All,

We recently upgraded TII (contentreview implementation piece) to use the
GradeMark with Assignments 2, and it has been working fine, but we noticed
that Assignment has stopped working with TII. The new assignments are not
being created on TII side. Do you have any idea of what may have caused it?
We are running sakai 2.8.x revision 106273.
